The tip of this extra fine-point brush is even finer than the other fine-point brush we sell. This product is used for drawing very fine lines during kintsugi, maki-e, and other art projects.
A special method is used to make the tip of the brush by aligning the nylon bristles inward, so that the tip does not break apart outward.
The brush is made of special nylon bristles that improve the paint penetration, and has a shape memory nylon brush with moderate firmness and penetration.
The brush tip can be returned to its original shape with hot water.
This product has a long tip. The long tip prevents hand shaking from being transmitted when drawing a line, making it easy to draw a smooth line.

When a cherished piece of pottery or porcelain breaks, Kintsugi specialists repair it using natural materials such as genuine lacquer and then decorate the repair marks with gold or silver to make them stand out instead of trying to hide them. Rather, we should allow cracks and blemishes in our belongings to shine and tell a story of their own. The result is an object that's more beautiful than before it was broken, and uniquely valuable because of its history. This is the kintsugi philosophy.
